You could also check out Udimi

There are a number of sellers in there. However do check the testimonials and try to find sellers that do not simply buy up other solos within Udimi its self or you end up with a lot of shared traffic

I have had some good and bad runs in there

There are tons of places to buy solo ads.

Here is a list of my recommendation.

1.) Warrior Forum
2.) Reed Florens Solo Ad Directory
3.) Udimi (safe-swaps other site)
4.) Email blog owners that have lists.
5.) Join facebook groups that target solo ads.
6.) Google for solo ads.

It's always BEST to look for a place that is reputable and someone that has good feedback as well as sales. A lot of scammers out these days and a lot of people who lose money, always invest your money wisely and start low and scale if it converts well. If a solo ad doesn't make you any money it does not always mean it is the sellers fault. It could be that your funnel you have in place isn't fully optimized and therefore you aren't producing best results.

Once you're accepted into the groups mentioned, do a search for sellers who have had sales. That's a good indicator that the traffic they send aren't bots.

The other thing you can do is ask whether the seller gives a first time buyers discount and try out a minimum quantity. 0.35 cents is a good rate I think.

The easiest thing to do is to buy solo ads on warrior forum and facebook. I use a few facbook groups as you can easily get reviews on sellers and the current rates.

My favorites are https://www.facebook.com/groups/clickbanktestimonials/ and https://www.facebook.com/groups/SoloAdsTestimonials/
