Both appear to be moving all their features into their webforms and neglecting HTML <form> codes. For example, for GetResponse, I can disable the "Already subscribed" message in a webform but I can't do it through HTML.

Are there any autoresponder services that gives me the flexibility to access all features from HTML?
(P.S. I prefer HTML because I can make everything look the way I want and I can hook JS into fields.)
