I am a newly learner of SEO and i am a bit confused in posting articles can anybody help me.

I think you should start from the basics. Just google the topic on Youtube. You should get some basic idea of what and where you should be starting from.

  You need to be more specific. What can we help you with ??
  
  If you are pursuing SEO then I assume you have a blog or website ??
  
  If so then Email Marketing should be an essential component on that Site.
  
  You can have an Optin box in the corners or the top center. And collect email information from visitors who come to your Site.

I don't understand what you want to know.

Why are you asking about "posting articles" under the heading of "how email marketing is done"?

Bit confusing, title and description are multidirectional. I suggest you to focus what actually you want in your promotional activity, after that you can choose your steps...
