Offline Media & Authority Queen but Online you lost me at Funnel? Help with a Barter?

Hey Everyone! This is my very first post.. I'm really hopeful for some help.

Quick story- I'm a Canadian Fitness Expert with over 200 media appearances. I help peronal brands establish expert status and free media exposure.

I create a course on how to do it..

Problem is.. I never collected emails and I don't know how...

I've done some reading... should I..
- Offer 100% to affiliates..I'm down! How do I find them?
- Provide Offline PR value to someone with a list?
-Buy Solo Ads?

OR....Keep pulling my hair out? haha

    With the pricing your product has, I would not go for affiliates at all, unless your product cost between $0-$20 it is a losing proposition.

    I think it is much more profitable for you to drive a cheap traffic to your sales page and selling the product directly (while adding buyers to the list). You can bring plenty of people that way, make sales and create a buyer list.

    And even people who will not buy, when they leave your page, throw popup window and try to give them bribe to sign for your list. Maybe they will buy later.

    You will not only create list but also make a profit.

    If you still want to go affiliates way, then one of the options is to split your product into couple peaces, sell one small piece trough affiliates, but keep the rest of it in your own sales funnel.
