How to move from google's Feedburner to Getresponse

I seek advice from somebody who was using earlier google's feedburner and then moved on from feedburner to Aweber or Getresponse or any other autoresponder.

I need to know the precautions that I should take for doing so.

I think it's not really a question of "precautions": it's more about whether any proper autoresponder service, which can really deliver your outgoing emails to your subscribers' in-boxes, will allow you to import a list you've built elsewhere without your needing the subscribers initially to respond to just a re-confirmation request (which can lose 50-75% of them).

GetResponse is unusual in offering a service where they themselves test a representative sample of the entire list, and if that all goes favorably from their perspective, they may actually allow you to use an imported list without re-confirmation. So it's quite a good starting-point, I think. (If they do test it and then don't allow that, then I think you can safely assume that it's going to be at least "an equivalent problem" elsewhere, too).
