Need Help to send emails

Hello Warriors!

I have a big targeted list of emails, I want to promote some offers.
Can anyone guide me, how to send emails to that specific email list? And email must be in inbox not spam or any other folder.

    Are you saying that you have a scraped list of emails of people that haven't chosen to opt-in to your auto-responder?

    Where did you get the list from?

      no these are not optins these are scrapped emails. but these emails are targeted and nice relevant so I thing they must respond.

        Yes, I suspected so. Just for your information (don't take this the wrong way, please - there's nothing personal about it at all!), this forum isn't the right place for conversations about spamming scraped email addresses.

        You might find a "black hat" forum that will accommodate this type of conversation - I'm not sure.

        What you're suggesting is actually illegal (Can-Spam Act), and it's something that nobody's terms of service are going to allow you to do knowingly, however and wherever you try to do it.

        But more relevantly in this context, it's also exactly the kind of behavior that helps to give "internet marketers" collectively, the reputation we have with some of the public for being spammers ... so don't expect too warm a reaction, here, to your plans.
