Fully automatic no. But there are ways to expedite the process. It will take a bit of work to set up and some upkeep along the way. you can create a free mobile app pretty easy at "AppGyser". You could create a you tube video. and there is always paying for traffic from a solo ad seller. The speed to which it grows is up to the work you are ready to put into it.

Email marketing that works is permission-based.

The reason the list is worth something to the marketer is that it's a list of people who have asked that person to contact them by email. That's what makes people open and read and pay attention to the emails (without which, it has no value anyway).

For this reason, you need to build your own list of your own subscribers through your own opt-in page. Attract targeted traffic, and offer those visitors something of value, in exchange for their email addresses.

      This ^^^^^^

There is a way to accelerate the process, if you have both the budget and the long view to use it.

While you can't buy a legitimate email list, you can rent them from legitimate list brokers.

Since I'm quoting Alexa, I'll use one of her favorite examples...

You are now in the "cauliflower soup" niche. You offer cauliflower soup recipes, soup pots, information on growing cauliflowers for soup, etc.

You go to a legitimate list broker, and rent a list of people who have demonstrated a potential interest in a related subject like vegetarian cooking, or fit the profile of someone who might be interested, and who have (perhaps unwittingly*) given permission for contact.

You then email (often through the broker's service) an offer for a lead magnet (Top Ten Easy Cauliflower Soup Recipes) which links to an opt-in page. Once those people opt in for the lead magnet, they now become part of your list, with permission for you to continue contacting them.

And if they don't opt in? Too bad, so sad. You do not have permission to keep mailing them. Back in the days when the only option was postal mail, list owners would seed their list with their own addresses to make sure the list was only mailed once. I can't see that practice changing with the move online.

As I wrote this, it struck me that this process seems very similar to using solo ads in the IM space. People who actually use solos are welcome to correct me.

      * Next time you fill out a credit application, open an account somewhere, subscribe to a magazine or request a catalog or make a catalog purchase, read the fine print. Almost always, you'll find language giving permission to share your information with selected partners, affiliates, or similar.

Although targeted list takes time to create but in the end it totally worth it. You can buy bulk email list. But you gonna find it totally useless

Like Alexa said DO NOT buy email lists. Its spam. Its illegal.

Instead use traffic methods like solo ads, blogging, YouTube videos, social media, SEO, etc to get people on your email list.

As others have previously mentioned, you shouldn't ever "buy" an email list. Not only is it a waste of money, but it is unethical. Would you like your email address sold to people and getting unsolicited emails from no where? I wouldn't. I have received emails in the past from people I never subscribed to it's not only annoying but can also get you blacklisted if there are too many spam complaints. It's best to learn how to build a quality list the right way.

there is the way of doing Co-registration ...that will accelerate your email list dramatically. However, co-reg leads are not as hot as real leads and you have to warm them up and win them over to your real list. Worth to try. I had some great co-regs on my list. Just depends on your offer

I like to learn the hard way sometimes. So a few years ago for a seasonal offline business that I run I bought a list. I went a step further and emailed the list. Gasp! I guess I sent unsolicited emails. Lesson learned - majority of the people immediately were like who are you and don't contact me again. It's awkward and very impersonal. Besides, having a rented list of 100,000 people who know nothing about you probably won't get you far or the results you're trying to go after.

I'm curious to know what the content of that email was.

My guess is that it's not necessarily that they didn't know you that was the problem but that your messaging was inappropriate.

I couldn't recall the exact content of the message, but I definitely had it wrong. I was trying to target youth baseball tournaments and was targeting people from out of state. Little did I know at the time, but most teams do not travel out of state as the expense is so high. And if they do, they go to very well established baseball venues back east and in the mid west. Lesson learned. I learned and the beauty of it is I do have a list for baseball people now that I've run successful tournaments that are here local in I get a much higher response rate from my own list cultivated over time than from a big one. Funny how that works out.
