There's always a few good lists floating around...

If you google "email spam trigger words" I'm sure something will come up.

Mostly, it's about maintaining quality, having a reliable contintuity-process, and setting your subscribers' expectations appropriately at the outset.

Here are 6 posts/threads which - between them - cover all the basics, and will at least get you oriented toward achieving and maintaining high open-rates and click-through rates.

Hire are few important points to be considered ....
    • Avoid email spam trigger words.
    • Create a sender policy framework (SPF) record.
    • Comply with CAN-SPAM ACT ( include an unsubscribe link ).
    • Prefer well designed HTML Format instead just text.
    • Test special characters in your subject lines
    • Keep Your Email 500-650 Pixels Wide
    • Write Compelling Subject Lines - no more than 30 to 50
    • Closely Tie Emails to Landing Pages
    • Conduct a test & collect feedbacks

And make a search for spam words and noteworthy mail title...

    I hope it will help...

Be unique. Don't go for the generic stuff. This not only helps avoid spam, but also helps encourage your clients to actually open their emails, read, and click on your links. With that said, make sure you have an option to unsubscribe, because not having that will easily have people who have lost interest sending your emails to their spam folders. A catchy, personal subject also helps.

    Split test. Enough said

On a serious note though. If you're not split testing, you're leaving a lot on the table. You'll improve a lot better when you look at your reports and split test those results. Are you sending out again to non-openers with different headlines? That's worked very well for some people and have even sometimes had better results than the first broadcast.

What have you test and tried so far?
