My emails go to the spam box

Hello,

I have made many mistakes in the beginning of my email marketing because I didn't know the rules.
I am using mpz mail (not the best email server, but will upgrade soon).

My emails reach the spam box and when run the spam test it says:
Envelope sender listed in dnsbl.ahbl.org

Is it possible to be off the list if I do the right things from now on?
If I move to a reliable mail server like aweber or get response, would this problems be solved if I fix my mistakes?

Thank you

    Absolutely.

Your problem appears to be your autoresponder. With Aweber, GetResponse, Mailchimp, and a few others your problems will be solved because their deliverability is outstanding.

I must say that at first my emails got to the inbox and not to the spam,
but I did all the possible mistakes - was too promotional, used words like free, didn't provide and address and unsubscribe option (again, because I had no clue).

So do you still believe my problem should be solved with a reliable mail service?

      Thanks

There are several ways of preventing your content from reaching the spam but you should make it very clear on your Thank You page on how they can find your product / email and remind them several times. I mention it in the video, text under the video and as step 1.

All AR will get blacklisted at some point. From my experience mostly with GetResponse (this actually happened a few days ago), they resolved with within a few hours. So yes... I do recommend going with GetResponse (free for 30 days) or Aweber ($1 trial).

Not all cases but with most... I find those who try to find 100% free AR's it actually ends up costing them a whole lot more. Depending on how many subscribers you have currently I suggest going with GetResponse.

Your sender email address is it a free service like Gmail or yahoo? If so you should be using a domain name as your send address. Example-admin@youprofitperuod.com you will look more credible this way.

With aweber/getresponse and double opt in comfirmation you'll have 99% email delivery rate.

Tip: Use an image with an arrow that shows your visitors
WHERE to click, it increases the confirmations dramatically.

Is it free email account or related to your domain? If it is related to your domain name, get a dedicated IP for your domain and ask your hosting provider to add PTR record.

Their home page seems to make a big deal of simply uploading your list of subscribers. Perhaps there is something in their TOS that says, you must upload a list strictly of confirmed optin subscribers. But short of that, in many cases just allowing clients to do that uploading would mark the IP addresses the emails are sent from as spam providers, even if they weren't.

Email service providers like Yahoo, GMail or even AOL are merciless with spammers, and that is what many bulk email service providers are labelled by them even if that is not the case.

One other thing to consider is having your IP address be monitored. There are several solutions on the market such as MXToolbox that can monitor your IP addresses against major blacklists so that in the future you can be alerted when listings do appear and when listings are removed.
