Role of Auto Responder in Emails Deliverability

Right now I am determining on which approach to use for sending emails: AutoResponder vs Broadcast Software.

Actually only single question I am really worrying about is: How to avoid my messages from getting to Spam folder automatically when users get it? How to ensure that message will gets into Inbox folder?

I suppose that using broadcast software when I send many emails from single IP address there are probability to get my IP flagged as spam. And the worst thing that I cannot know about any spam reports by users. Does Auto Responder can help me with that all?

Also. At this step I DO NOT need any other functions of auto responders (auto schedule, opt-in forms, and others). Right now I need only answers of how auto responding systems can help me to avoid false spam positives. Also, I have already collecting my list using my own opt-in form.

Also question: can I use SMTP server and IP address of Auto Responser company? How can I use my own email address for sending? I hope there exists ways to send emails from my own email address but using auto responder? I am sorry for noob's questions, I am just total beginner in auto responders.

Thanks in Advance =)

This is hugely significant, because it limits you to autoresponder services which will allow you to import a "home-made list" without beginning with just a re-confirmation request. It's even possible that that may be such a big limitation that you'll need to use a self-hosted autresponder, but companies you can ask about that include GetResponse and Aweber.

Yes - don't worry about that at all: that's normal - most marketers want to use their own email address.

Thank you, Alexa for your response

I am considering MailChimp right now
Seems that there are no such problem with custom opt-ins regarding to their FAQ

Do imported subscribers receive a welcome email?

No. We don't send the Final "welcome" email confirmation to your recipients if you're importing an already existing opt-in list.

We only send confirmation emails to new members of your list if they subscribe through the form you built on MailChimp or from a form you have pointing to MailChimp that uses our confirmation process.

We assume that your list has already willingly opted-in as required in our terms of use, so we wouldn't want to force your opt-in recipients to click a link to re-confirm.

    I hope I found a solution.

There are 2 potential Mail API providers which seems good
    1. Sendgrid.com
    2. Amazon SES Web Service

I just tested Sendgrid.com from my simple client application. When I checked message original content (including mail headers, hosts, etc) I realized that each time message is sending from different IP address (taken from Sendgrid's pool). And my local IP address is never shown anywhere what is excellent. Also seems that these both services have all needed reporting tools (similar as normal auto responders have).

I respect opinion of Alexa Smith and others about usage of standard Auto Responders.
But at this stage I think that it is better for me to control myself everything which is possible and have no limitations (at least I can use my own homemade lists with no need to double-check them). Probably I will change my opinion in future and switch to one of top Auto Responders

Also, I stopped to consider MailChimp and theirs Mandrill.com Mail API
Thanks to Alexa again for the links
