What does this mean?

He was basicly telling you a system that you could set in place but from what you have told us that you dont understand any of it it then you realy need to learn the basics of internet marketing .Read forum posts in here and learn what you can there are many good articles you can find for free on google and you tube. I could tell you of some but I dont want to be spamming or promoting any thing in here .

You need to research what are lead pages ? how to creat them ?and how to get visitors to see them ?you wiill also need to learn about websites?- -web site hosting? -domain names?and how to build your pages on the hosting?.

He is telling you how to promote your offers.

I hope this explains a little bit but you will realy need to undestand the fundamentals of marketing first. Just use my key word questions to do some searches to get started.
