List building strategy for promoting travel deals

EMAIL MARKETING

Does this sound like a good game plan. I want to promote a one page lander that promotes a promo code for a travel offer that I am affiliated with. After they have opted in they will be sent to the affiliate offer in which they will book their flight and I receive commission $$$. My ways of promoting to the list is to email them content on travel tips and so fourth. Every now and then I will promote promo code offer to the list. My plan for traffic is PPV. Does this sound like a good strategy?

The problem is for someone to optin, they have to be interested in the specific travel offer.

I would use the very best tip (little know secret) that you can come up with on saving money on their next trip and turn it into a lead magnet. That would have much wider appeal.

Little Know Secret Reveals How...

I know there is a way that you can get your coach seat upgraded to first class under certain circumstances. Maybe something like that could work or giving them several real compelling secrets.

to make your next trip the best one ever!

How to secret 2...
How to secret 3...

How much do you get the commission for a sale on travel deals? If your people in the list interested in traveling to that destination in the time, then there shall be sales to you.

Niche is important for a specific country when promoting through emails as per my understandings.

PPV sounds good, but make you have targeted website with your niche.
You can also try

1. FB ads
2. Bing Ads

Two platform above is good. Many people always open facebook everyday, you can promote them. And bing ads, I know it is one of the cheap way as a advertising. You can use them as your platform...
