Adding GetResponse form code in squeeze page template --HELP.

Hi,
I know this is really basic, but I've always used aweber and now I need to add a GetResponse form code into a pre-made squeeze page template for a client.

The form code GetResponse gave me is a mile long and doesn't look anything like the form code I'm used to seeing from Aweber.

I don't need any of the style stuff or the enter email field or button. all that stuff is already on the squeeze page template - the email field, button, etc.
