Is this a drip campaign?

I use Ontraport for my CRM. I have people purchasing supplements and send them an easy re-order email when they are scheduled to run out. Most of them use that email and re-order, however I do have a list of identified people that don't.

I feel like I should set up a campaign to reach out to them and see why they haven't re-ordered - I think that's a drip campaign, right? But I'm not sure what that looks like. Just 1 email that asks if there's something wrong? Offer an incentive?

I'm pretty new to all this and any help would be appreciated!

I would make contact more often, send things like before and after photos and tips to keep them using the product.

Thanks winsoar. We contact them pretty regularly with health tips/news/whatnot but maybe a more personal email is better. I will keep researching!
