Hi

I handle all my company's introduction letters, and email/post our company introduction letters, i'm not sure if how we do it is the best way, just details of our company how long we have been in operation, what we do etc, should it be more salesy? This is something i email whever i get an email address for a company i have cold called.

i would like to create more informative emails perhaps about the laws which apply to the machinery we sell that some people are not aware of but i am not sure if i am already stuffing too much information into these emails as it is.

Can anyone assist with this.

I think you should not send all information in one email.create separate email campaigns.then send one by one in regular interval in a week.

Are you able to share some kind of sample of the emails you are sending out so we can analyze it for you?

We send our email campaigns about 2 or 3 times per year to reduce the amount of unsubscribing.

If I embedded a A5 PDF on the email would it include as an attachment or just view this on the page. Would really like to include this in our email introduction emails too but the size would be far too large, is it possible to have a thumbnail size version with an option to click it to open it into a full size image?

Frankly speaking, company introductions are pretty boring. Imbibe some creative style of email marketing that’s good in appearance and content as well. Go in sync with the subscriber’s behavior, requirements, and interests. Avoid drafting generic emails. Customize your emails accordingly. Lastly, after drafting, read it yourself as a subscriber. See if you would move it to Trash or Starred/Important label.

It's a good idea to have an attached PDF which provides a lot more information and allows you to avoid stuffing too much information into your email and make it boring.

What I usually do for sending a file to the subscribers, is to just easily upload it on my own host and then include the link in my autoresponder email.
