What software do you use to track revenue?

As the title of this post suggest, I'd like to know what software do you use to track revenue per email sent.

    A basic way to track an open email is using a single image 1x1px and try to see how many times it displays to your customer on email.

    Also my way is using Interspire Email Marketing Software.

    Thanks for the response. However, I don't need to track 'opens'. My ESP is very much capable of tracking unique opens and unique clicks. Revenue per email is what I'm after since I'm planning to replace what I'm currently using.

      You can try to use Google Analytics to set goal and revenue for a "destination url" or "action" as well.

    I don't know if this will help anyone, but I use my own software that I created to control any autoresponder. I keeps track of all my squeeze page conversions as well as my email open rates. I wanted to create my own software so I can easily track just about anything I want and put it in an easy to read format.
