ARPREACH is sending to spam

Hello guys, I've been using ARPreach + hitdirector for over a year now, I was very happy with it all this time, however about a week ago something bad happened. I sent an email and it went to spam for a first time, then I sent 2 more and the same thing happened. And now I can't send a single email to inbox... Before this I was not sending for about 3 days or so.

Maybe you can give me some suggestions what I should do or what should I check?

    There is nothing you can do at your end other than checking to see the reason in your Gmail as to why your email is going to spam. The reason is usually on the top header on your email client in gmail.

    Your email service providers "IP reputation" is the primary factor that controls whether your email will land in spam or inbox. Usually email sending companies use shared pool of IP where they put different set of customers depending upon their reputation on different shared IP's.

    The best way for you to move forward would be to contact your Email Service Provider and ask them to switch you to a different pool of IP with better IP reputation so that the chances for inbox are higher.

    Even better get your own dedicated IP.

    Emails are going to inbox again, what I did was :

    I only deleted Powered by Arpreach link and everything is fine again!

    Ehh, I was wrong, it still goes to spam

      Are you still using Hitdirector? I was looking into using them for Arpreach but they never responded to my customer support request.

      How good do you feel is your experience with Hitdirector is in terms of how fast and how well they respond to your tech support issues?
