those using GR how you remove those " ghost emails "

Surely we bound to have some emails is .....no body ( that means these emails might already useless as the owner never use it or etc )

is it under bounced ?


I have 300++ emails so far

269 unopened.

and 63 bounced

what's the easy way to remove these " unwanted email lists "?

    Hard bounces are automatically removed by GR.

    Soft bounces are automatically removed after a few consecutive bounces.

    So nothing you need to do manually to remove them.

    Another good trick in GR is to search for those who did not open your last email, change the subject line and send it just to them. You could get another 10-20% opens.

    If email address don't exist, that email address will not be added to your email list and will be deleted by GR automatically.

    If your email is not reaching to email address because of other reasons like memory full or something like that, GR will try multiple times to deliver and will add it to your email list.. If failed after many times, it will be removed from your list by GR.

    You don't need to do anything.

      so basically is " auto " ?

      but I have send numerous emails to my list " always these few hundred emails never open "
      thus don't know " they still exist ..."
