Here are some things are can try.

    - Follow best practices for all Major ISPs like AOL, Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail/MSN
    - Send permission-based (opt-in) emails only
    - Send to most recent clicker (past 15 days) during IP rampup/warmup
    - Segment your lists to its own IP for (Marketing, Newsletters, Transactional, Inactive users) for each of your lists.
    - Dont duplicate your users across multiple lists. Causes too many same user complaints across multiple lists
    - Try to use different creative for your email campaigns. If possible, make each email unique by including their first and last name in the subject and email message.
    - Dont use deceptive from: email domains, subjects and content to trick users into clicking
    - Keep complaints low and user engagements high
    - Monitor your campaigns daily. If you are being rate limited by the ISP, backoff and send less before you get perm blocked or worst yet, tarpited by the ISP

      On top of all this:

      *Setup feedback loops
      *Remove hard bounces
*Use a hygeine and scoring service
*Do not only send marketing messages
*Keep your volume low and in bursts

Have you used Reputation Authority? You can clear your IP history. I always check my IP's there when I get a new one.
