Cold emailing businesses from contact page and spam compliance question
Hi, I am thinking of networking with businesses that have their ad with yellowpages.com by sending them a short email about my products and how I can help their business save money and increase their income from their contact page on their website. But if they have their email listed on the contact page, I'll send them an email instead.
I was wondering, since their business is publicly listed on yellowpages.com, and since I will be contacting them from their public contact page, and since it is B2B, will it not be considered spam? Also, I will be manually contacting them and won't be scraping the emails.
I just want to ensure that I will be 100% CAN spam compliant. I did read through the government website page and a few aspects seem relatively vague particularly in my situation.
