My First Autoresponder E-mail

Hi Everyone,

I am very new to e-mail marketing and I am looking some tips or guidance.

I have created my first squeeze page and thank you page but when it comes to sending out my first auto responder e-mail I haven't a clue what to type.

Obviously I want to thank the customers for accepting my PLR and subscribing to my list but what else could I add?

Could you kind folks please give me some ideas?

Many Thanks

What value can you offer your subscribers? Why are they signing up in the first place?

Build off what they already signed up for!

I used to just offer a PDF and then would send blog posts. I've now switched to a 7 day marketing e-course, so they get emails from me for the next 7 days, and then they get my weekly blog posts.

I also make them other free offers they can get in the "Thank You" page, which they have to request if they want it... I don't just send it to them.

You Could Send A Welcome Email, Tell Them Abit About Yourself And What They Can Expect From You...(Show Some Personality)

Or You Could Just Do A Break Down Of What You Offered In Your PLR , They Opted In For That Information So You Know Its Something Of Interest

You Got Options....Ultimately You'll Probably Need To Do Abit Of Trial An Error To See What Works Best

Very Few Get It Right First Time Round

    Hope This Helps

Do some marketing research about email marketing, make your customers' email lists. Then send emails with good subject line and with proper content.

In my welcome email I lay the groundwork for future emails. I introduce myself, tell them a little about me, explain what I'm going to be sending them, and I give them the free gift that they opted in for.

  • Hello prg85

Create a welcome message along with a small gift, perhaps a PDF with some information of value.

In my opinion and experience, besides welcome & thanks them, introduce yourself to them, talk a little bit about your PLR and remind them to read it. This is for you to do "Relationship Marketing ". Relationship marketing is to build a relationship with your email list. This strategy is aiming for long term relationship.

If you plan to do Money Marketing, then you can just sell your products to the directly. Obviously this is for a short term relationship. Because if some of them don't like to keep on receiving sales offer from you, they may unsubscribe from you. But the best part of this strategy is you can get sales very fast.

Both the strategies above work well. It is just depends on you that which one you want to focus on.

    Hope my knowledges above helps.
