Hi all,

I just started to learn email marketing and how to build a list...etc.
I have a question: I work for a company which have 50 thousands employees, and I have access to all the email list.

My questions:

1. If I add this list to an automatic responder will this be considered as a spam?
2. Is there anyone who tried this?
3. Is this considered illegal?
4. If you have this list can you generate sales from it?

The list can be filtered by discipline, sexe, country, etc...

    Provided you have written statement that you can use their emails.If not,thats illegal.
    If you send them mails ,it might be considered as spam.

    People have tried this before yes, but whenever you send someone an email that they haven't agreed to receive, then it's illegal and illegal emails ARE spam. If you want to profit from this list try to send them through and Optin form maybe? Just an idea.
