E-mail marketing newbie looking for advice

Keep doing what you have done for getting those 7 and bring LOTS of traffic to your squeeze page. Its difficult to tell how many days or months work will build a certain number of subscriber list as there are many factors on which it depends.

Moreover, take good care of the people in your list. Try to build relation with them. Sending free stuffs is OK but they should also add some value to their life. Try to interact with them, see what their response is. See if they trust you or not else all your work in building the list will be in vain.

As far as how long it takes to build a large list, it all depends on traffic, offer, marketing methods, etc...However i would stay away from the bigger the list the better mentality a lot of people have.

It's all about quality.

Focus on building a quality list versus just a large list of everyone. It saves you money and time and generates better results.

The best way to keep list engaged and continue to open your emails is provide value and entertainment mixed.

If you are just constantly sending out information and no real "thing" to it, you become just another information provider on the internet. There's so much info here, google and every where else. Why should they listen to you and open your stuff?

When you inject your personality, value and entertainement into your newsletter, not only do you get better responses, you can also pitch people (the right way) and have people love it.

I always used the old seinfeld methods in my newsletters to list. I still send these tyes of newsletters to my "buyers". It could be about anything, even something i did this morning, but it always provided a nugget or lesson in it so it benefited them and they read because entertaining.

Plus, when do right, people will actually look forward to opening all your messages and even clicking and accepting your offers.

It depends on what system do you use!
With PPC (one of the fastest methods) in few weeks you can build a good mailing list with hundred of contacts!

Just focus on target customers and use effective methods like PPC,Email marketing.

It difficult to say how long will it take to gain more subscribers. As budiness owner you should try to promote your services/product with the help of marketing strategies. Maybe you have a marketing specialist in your comoany? Try to make a marketing plan for promotion with him/her at first. The more people know about your business, the more interested in it they become. Good luck!

You can tell a friend to advertise your business by her colleagues and give a calling card coupon and invite thme thru your social network. Try to put up trust and introduce your main vision of your business. You can also drive traffic to your website by building backlinks and SEO.

Work to improve your offer, twist your swipe and track the clicks. Make sure you are offering people valuable things that's going to make their life easier in one way or another. I believe that's how one can make a business sustainable.
