Well I think you would need to have more details. Did you build this list yourself? And how? The longer you wait to send out an email the less responsive they will become. Also you are saying online shoppers, but online shoppers for what? Do they buy shoes online? Car parts off eBay? I.M. Products??? That is your main problem. Once you figure that out it is a matter of giving them more of what they want... And are already proven to you that they will pay for😊

Monetizing a quality list shouldn't be hard. In fact, it boils down to two simple steps:

    1. Find out what the prospects on your list want. What items have they purchased in the past? What price points do they prefer? What offers did they respond to when they opted in?

    2. Give it to them. Design your product, offer and guarantee to match your prospects' needs and desires. Then write (or hire a copywriter to write) quality emails, sales page(s), order confirmation pages and autoresponders, etc. that will convince your prospects to read your offer and hand over their money.

Granted, there are technical steps I didn't cover, like choosing an email service, setting up webpages, etc. But you get the idea.

Once you start sending out your offers, be sure to test everything -- products, offers, and especially copy. That way you'll continue to refine your offer, so your efforts become more effective.

And finally, be sure to train your list. If you say a particular offer will expire in three days, make absolutely certain it does. Just as you'll be learning from your list, your list will be learning from you. So if you make false deadlines, you'll just train them to ignore you.

    Good luck!
