Automated emails

EMAIL MARKETING

I run an ecommerce shop on the BigCommerce platform. It basically sells physical products that 30, 60, or 90 days.

What in trying to do is find a way to automate sending an email about a week before the product runs out to remind the customer to reorder and offer a discount.

My list is on Constant Contact.

  Thanks! Ifigured there's a way that I'm not seeing. Would I just have to separate the orders to different lists depending on what product they purchased?

You need to learn list segmentation for different people on different lists. For example, those who have upgraded will not get email and shift to other campaign. Those who didn't upgraded, will receive automatic emails on different intervals.

  They have much more user friendly interfaces and you can see auto-responder feature inside where you can set up all automated emails.

There are list of responder having much user friendly so you can go for this or you can also follow what all suggestions are being given.

hey,i am using Black Bulk Mail. I send many email automatically by Black Bulk Mail. u can try to use it.I am using free version, about 1 month ago, i will buy it, because i need to send emails in bulk every day.
