How to re-design my collection process
Our developer built his own name/email collection form. Members are also required to choose a password. Then, once they're registered people can choose to (or not) answer a much more complex set of questions that gathers further useful information. There is also a password protected "member resources" area on the site where they can access a range of free ebooks, templates etc...
To our surprise it's doing quite well and I'm now thinking of investing in an automated email marketing programme.
Are any of the available ones able to be integrated with my existing collection process, or will we have to redevelop this part of the website? I'd rather not if I don't have to...
