i have a question about autoresponders

is it possible to input a series of 180 high-intensity interval training exercise email workouts into an autoresponder

sending one a day

and at the end of those 180 emails after 180 days

to go back to the beginning and re-send them again one a day ?

    Depends on which autoresponder you use but yes both Getresponse and Aweber offers feature to change the subscribers day on the follow up sequence.

    There might be a rule about the same people doing the same series twice, but yes you can with most series.

    Yes, this is possible (at least with getresponse) just contact their customer support for a tutorial.

    Yes you can do this, but would you retain someones interest for that length of time? How any subscribers will still be on your list for the second round, after 180 days?
