Investing in email marketing

I'm here to ask about how creating an email marketing business
I have always wanted to own online business and make some profit.
I have some friends whose work for a company earn millions of $ each month just with the email marketing so the idea is so simple what I need is more specific tips so I can see the big picture, then I can see if I am able to invest and handle this job and be a self employed in this business.
What the company do?
This company sends a massive email marketing campaign for Anglophone prospect (U.S. and UK).
And get paid for each click or each lead. (CPC AND CPA).
this company dealing with Affiliate Networks like IDrive who give them all offers to send, throw an acount on those affiliate they can see all offers with a specifics informations like the id of the offer, the subjects, the from and the template (the Affiliate provides many subjects ligne and many template so the web markters can choose the most appropriate for the send) and for witch ISP they can send the offer (Yahoo or hotmail or AOL...).
The web marketers send the offer throw a web app, the form page of the send in this app provide specific configuration like:
they select the server and the IP
The speed of the send (1email/1000ms or 1 email/10ms that depend the server or the reputation of the server)
How much email to send,
How much email send per IP (because the server may contain a lot of ips)
Start the send from and stop on
Email for the test, they split email so they can test if the send reach the inbox (for example if the web marketers will send 100 k he split the send with the email of the test... he get one email per 1 k sent)
From domain
Return path
The from name
The subject
The message
The codding of the messege
Area for the header of the message
Throw Power MTA they can see the Queue and the progress of the send if there is a bounce or not by the errors provided on the Queue.
I think they host the web app on a SSD cloud and pointing the SSH server and the host name in the main domain then they set up the Power MTA on the SSH serveur.
Technically they do it in illegal way (like spaming) but they use some techniques to reach all the send on the inbox no matter what is the ISP.
In short this is the idea! It's quite simple, but it need hard work in the first and figured how to make some tips.
I am so excited to make a business like that and make more success because it is very profitable.
So my questions is:
Where I can get web app like that? (Basically I'm a web developer and I can develop a web app like that but it requires much time)
And how I can deal with those Affiliates?
Is there is any conditions to deal with those affiliate?
Where I can get fresh list of emails? There is a providers of data like that?
What do you guys think? Anybody has experience like this?
