Intro letter to ezine publishers. - Ideas?

Hi,

I would like to submit some articles to ezine publishers and bloggers for their consideration to publish. Does anyone have an example of a first contact email I could send them? I really don't know how to approach them, or what to say.

Any examples of an email I could send them to ask if they accept articles would be greatly appreciated.
