After you already have a big list!

Hi guys. So now i'm working hard on making my list bigger and bigger - it works very well.
i'm just buying solo ads and offer them freebies, and sometimes 1$ products (for the buyers list) and i get nice subscription of around 3% every time. So it's paying off, but then, i feel like even when my list is going to be huge - no matter how many cool stuff i can come up with - the ideas will run out at some point...
what then?i have few products but i don't want to keep creating products and ebooks all my life... even if it's a membership site.
i'll have a list of let's say 10,000 people, i can sell here and there some solo ads or promote a Clickbank gig but i can't send the same things again and again...even not my own products! they will get sick of it..so it means i have to keep promoting them new stuff..
so what are you doing guys?

    Good question Yuvalee,One thing that's really necessary is to own your list, With a list of 10,000 people you can easy build a nice and loyal following (People who will always be ready to buy from you, no matter what you are selling)
    Always sending out sales/promotional email will do more harm than good, sending a mixture of content emails, relationship building emails and sales emails is a good way to market.

    You can have them join a good program that you promote and you will get to earn residual income. Thus you really don't have to market your products always.

    Avoid treating them as ATM machines/consumers, let them be your business partners and you will success in building a 5/6 figure business.

    Of course. I'm sending my list always quality stuff.. but i'm at the point that i'v already running out ideas.
    I'm also using schedule emails, which is amazing thing by the way - it means that a new email that just opt-in to my list now, will get all the emails i've sent from the beginning to my list in his own time, a week after week. that way he won't lose any important part and i'll make sure he will follow and follow.

    Well, so what now? i'm already promoting my website, giving theme special discount deals from time to time,promoting also other's affiliates products, but i can't send the same offers again and again - it also doesn't seem to be too professional, since my website is selling serious product and i'm trying to keep high-level. Maybe i should open a new list?

    If you don't grow, how can you expect your customers/clients to grow?

    Be willing and able to take your business to new heights, and then you can take your customers and clients with you.

    I think you may be putting the cart before the horse here.

      I agree - putting the cart before the horse. If your goal is 10K people on your list, you should be able to make a full time living.

      Keep in mind, always try to help people and the money will come.

      Also, you can email your list affiliate offers and continue to make money without creating your own products. This is a business model that will continue without end, because #1, the same people won't be opening the emails all the time, and #2, people that buy once will continue to buy over and over and over again.

      Lastly, you MUST keep going after traffic and building your list, adding new customers all the time. If you don't do this, your business will eventually decline.

      Think of it this way though... this is a BUSINESS. Do most business owners build it up and then sit on some beach somewhere watching the money flow in? A commonly thrown around scenario, but no. It's a business and like any business, it requires work to keep up, maybe not full time, but still consistent work. Hey, but isn't it better than working at McDonalds?

    You need to be constantly building your List with new Leads EVERYDAY.

    This will help you combat this obstacle that seems to really get to you.

    It really shouldn't be an obstacle, though.

    Just an opportunity to keep getting bigger and bigger.

    I always 'recycle' my emails after the first 30. And implement two broadcasts or so a week to mix it up.

    That can help with the problem of creating new ideas.
