I want to know about E-mail marketing & how to start it.
What are the process & resources essential for e-mail marketing.

Please guide me first step to last step of e-mail marketing.

    If you want to start an email marketing campaign then firstly you need to decide:
    • What the purpose of your campaign is
    • To find new customers?
    • To get additional business?
    • To build on your relationships with clients or prospects?
    • Who should receive the emails
    • Who are you targeting?
    • What are their interests? What would they be looking for, and why would they be interested in hearing from you?
    • How often should you send them

      Hey Al,
      You are right it is a great Course. Or was..well kind of

      Over this past weekend I just found out that Paul has taking a different direction with his business.

      He is no longer offering the Avalanche Course as a stand alone product.

      He has shifted his complete biz to a Membership Site. He is still in process of rolling it out.

      But it will be an initial $17 month ( going up to $37 I think later)
      And you have access to all his Products.

      Anyway, I tried to talk him out of it. Or to at least keep the Avalanche Course as a stand alone product but to no avail

        • Landing Page
        • Autoresponder
        • And Converting Sales Funnel

        Most difficult part is to create a sales funnel that earns trust and converts subscribers to customers. If you have a budget of $1000 you can go for Affilojetpack. It gives you pre-written sales funnel that you just need to add to your autoresponder.

          I agree with the majority of the replies, namely the simple model of:
          1. Offer a 'free' gift in the niche you are interested in
          2. Store the emails provided in return for the gift on an autoresponder
          3. Mail the subscribers on a regular basis with products or services that will be of interest/related to the gift they originally signed up for.

          I do however slightly question the need for a budget of thousands $ to purchase a ready made sales funnel with follow up mails. There are many good PLR sales funnels that are released on a regular basis that you can pick up for less that $30. You can see the WSO section here, or do a search in either the Warrior+ or JVZoo marketplaces and get an idea of what I mean.

          Invest a little more personalizing the offer and you are off and running.

            I agree, Andy.

            I think for the most part these funnels for thousands of dollars are way over priced and NOT necessary. Of course I know there are some real talented Copy Writers where for some people it might be worth it to purchase their funnel product.

            But I have found that there is some really quality PLR, as Andy says, that you can make as your own and it works nicely

Just to add - when you reflected on exactly the kind of prospective customers you would be targeting, and you are ready with your basic landing, offers pages on your website/blog; you should associate with some good email marketing software for the beginning. That will really ease your efforts and you focus on other aspects of your business. You can get the kind of email templates you want, customize the pages to suit needs of the viewers. They will also help you to grow your email database, send sleek autoresponders. For my online organic food store I used this new email marketing software called Ariticmail. They are good and very easy on my pocket (they offered me free plans too). All the emails I sent through them have been 'read' by the viewers. That had made me feel great for the beginning.

    2) Who are your targeting customers?
    3) Initially how many people you are going to target?
    4) How often you are planning to run the Email Marketing Campaign?

    Hello..There is no hard and fast rule about how you can proceed with your email marketing efforts.I have mentioned the mandatory steps below but how you go about doing them depends on what works best for you :

    1)Firstly you need to have an email list ready consisting of all the subscribers of your product.
    This can be done by:
    Having a squeeze page for your website is a very cost effective method in addition to posting links on social websites and youtube.
    You can also use a trustworthy social lead extractor for the same.
    If you have abundant resources you can manage an event or be a part of an exhibition where you can meet potential clients.

    2)Next, you will need to search for an efficient email sending software which best suits your need and budget.

    3)Finally, you need to have a very good campaign describing your product or service that you would like to market.

    And..There you go..You are all set to be an email marketeer!!

    I think 3 step to follow your email marketing 1) First Design Your Email Template. 2) After This Design Create a Code Format I mean html + inline css. 3) Upload the server then start your email marketing.
