Hi Warriors,

I have just started my free trial of Get Response to play around with it.
I was also considering aWeber, but decided on get response solely for the pricing difference.

However, after being aware of autoresponders I check and realized that most lists I am subscribed to (not only IM) use aWeber, and many here use it as well...

What makes aWeber better that would justify the price difference? Is there any feature I might miss out if I chose to stay with get response or do they offer the same thing when it come to email marketing?

Thanks for your insights :-)

Awber is the most popular email sender, you can use it . but mailchimp is the also popular email sender and it free.

Haven't really played much with Aweber.

But, we've been using GetResponse for years now and we're pretty happy with it.

I know this Aweber has a free trial period so you could do that and see if it's what you want. My preference goes to Mailchimp.

Both of the services are good but I think that Aweber is a not as good as GetResponse. I think these two platforms are the best to start with for email marketing experts and newbies.

Similar features, but Aweber has a more solid product.

Their service levels are remarkable, too.

Hard to find a complaint with Aweber.

Aweber's mobile app is pretty smooth.

      GetResponse < Aweber

Aweber is just more solid overall. I started with GetResponse and switched pretty much right away.

I believe Aweber has tough policies than GetResponse, that is why they regularly ban accounts for abuse. This makes GetResponse more vulnerable for spam , specially after they started Import data through API feature. Lot of spammers have been abusing API submissions and delivery has been down I hear

Start with Aweber and build your list then as you get to the point you have several hundred or thousand optins open an account with Get Response as they will allow you to import without additional opt in.

Aweber last time I checked don’t allow this process so start with Aweber and duplicate with Get Response.

This also allows you to send more with out getting into trouble with your provider.

Doesn’t matter whether you use Aweber or Getresponse. For me both have similar features.
