Complaint Rate By ISP

Has anyone ever seen any numbers of complaint rates by ISP. Basically do yahoo users typically complain more than gmail users.

If anyone has any numbers they have seen. Or if they are tracking their internal numbers that would be helpful.

From what I see yahoo users complain more frequently than people using other email providers.

    AOL is the worst for complainers
    Yahoo is second
    Gmail would be third
    Hotmail is last

    Complaint rates need to be under 0.1% overall for your ip rep to stay in good standing.
    If not, you will see deferrals and soft bounces and temp and perm blocks come into place on your ips and domains used for sending.
