What to do with 28k dating emails?

Hello,

I own a sort of classified dating website that with the rise of social networks has become obsolete. Registered users are more than 28k collected in 4/5 years. Top 5 geos are UK, US, Germany, Canada and Italy, but I think I can't divide them easily. The possibility of receiving email marketing messages was clearly stated in sign up form but I've never emailed them. They probably even forgot my website.
What do you suggest to do with this list?

    I think you are totally underestimating the efforts that you put in those 4-5 years..Please make good use of emails ids as they are opt-in emails ids of users who have registered themselves which are of immense value..You should use this opportunity and email them campaigns which describe your service well with a link to your website...Go for it and wish you all the best!

    If you have the list and they agreed on receiving e-mails, then of course you should use that and start mailing them with a reminder. Can you see which ones of these list still use the account because it won't be useful to start e-mailing to some that used the website maybe once a few years ago.
