How many legal rules are there in email marketing?

I was reading somewhere that you have to have an affiliate earnings disclaimer in all the emails you send out to your list.

It seems like there's always some new rule popping up that I never knew about before.

I definitely ALWAYS include an Earning Disclaimer and that as an Affiliate I do recommend a few products that I receive some commission from.

This is not only Law but it is the perfect opportunity to exhibit to your Subs that you are very trustworthy and transparent

Start building a rapport with them by utilizing this opportunity !!

Does earning disclaimer have to be in every email you send out, or does it just have to be somewhere on your squeeze page?

there are actually laws that have been put in place that you should follow when dealing with email marketing. to name a few they include, the mail should contain the senders name, should have guide if to opt out easily if subscriber wants you to stop sending mails to them including many more others. Just make sure you know them cause ignorance has no defense
