As an affiliate you will not be integrating your auto responder with them anyway, so it does not matter. I am an affiliate with them and have never been asked for any information on my autoresponder.

This might be if you are a vendor, as vendors collect email addresses from customers

It is not required. If you use GetResponse, you can integrate it with JVZoo so that buyers you direct to the site get automatically put into one of your campaigns. This is useful if you prefer driving traffic directly to the sales page rather than through your own squeeze first, so it is likely more valuable to sellers than affiliates.

This is not really required but they make it so you believe so because they're getresponse resellers. And btw, it is even less required as an affiliate.
