    What kind of shoppers are they ? (Niche , for example IM, food, travel)

    Select relevant product from Amazon or clickbank and start sending email to your subscribers using aweber or any good auto-responder.

    But remember , Don't Spam, send only 1-2 email per week.

    Duh,
    sell them into products they want !

    If you've collected your list yourself, they should know & trust you.
    Send out 2 -3 promos per week.
    And don't forget to add some free value :-)

    It's a good idea to check out relevant CPA offers you can quickly cash in on.

    Online shoppers should respond well to CPA offers, especially if you know what type of online shopping your list were doing.

    I haven't used CPA networks in a while, but some of the popular ones are:

    Neverblue
    Clickbooth

    If you are not sure what to do with these list,, then it would be better to sell this 4000+ subscriber list, I believe you will meet some buyers who are interested in your list.

    Join a CPA network and promote pay per lead offers....there are many gift cards offers that can make u $1.50 per sign up.

    This is actually a good starting point to build a list of freebie seekers...lol

    You can send them an offer to your own product or other people's product through affiliate link. You can also use your list if it is a targetted one as solo ads to sell traffic to those who want your niche.
