interspire need help

I have a few problems

When I try to use "First Name" it does not get sent with my name to my inbox.
When I insert unsubscribe link it also does not show on my sent email.

Anyone know whats my problem

    no problem - it's an easy mistake to make, all sending systems have their own unique tags for personalization
