Warriors that have made money with email marketing only

Ok hey fellow warriors, I recently have started building my list and have gotten around 1,100 subscribers in about a week. I was promoting manually for hours at a time for a week straight just getting leads. We'll right now I feel is a good time to send out my first email to them. I understand that 1,100 is not a big list but I figured it was enough to atleast start mailing to it. But here is my problem.... I have spent so much time learning how and building my list that I don't know the proper way to mail to them. Like I said this is going to be my first time. So I wanted to ask the community on some advice on how to do this. I understand that you should build a relationship with them and things like that.
Some questions I have are:

Would you send a offer the first time you mail them or something for free?

How to create a high converting title and add?

How to make sure your mail does not go to spam folder?

How offen a day or week should I be sending out mail?

  • Hi

First of all, congratulations on building your list building efforts, nothing to be sniffed at

My advice is to start writing to your list as soon as you can. Ideally you should be writing as soon as they subscribe to your offer, while you are still fresh in their mind (this will help with the unsubscribes). This is where an autoresponder with a number of follow up mails is worth it's weight.

I know there is a lot spoken about what you should send to your list, offers or information and in what ratio. My personal view on this is to ALWAYS do a bit of both in your mail. Make it worth your subscribers while to read your mails, but make sure there is always a link to a product/service that you know will help/inform/entertain your list. This way it is a win win.

I hope this helps with your mails, I have also provided links to a couple of earlier posts of mine relating to getting the most out of your mails:
