Critique My Email Marketing "Flowchart" for 2016

okay, so I've spent the first day of the year thinking through building my Music Production Business, and how I'll be using my website and craigslist ads to convert leads into clients.

I thought I'd type up my thoughts and share and allow the warriors to critique how I'm striving to set this up

Stage 1) Generate interest

Craigslist ads: three per day in different markets (I'm having new copy prepared for this as we speak)
My website, | Cutting Edge Latin Music Production , with a contact info form (this copy is up and ready)

...both of which generate emails to my marketing inbox. which leads to...

Stage 2) Sales Email

Persuasive email is sent. Prospect is called to action (I'm not sure what this should be exactly, besides the prospect via email "yeah, lets do it"

If prosect is amenable, proceed to close steps
If prospect is on the fence, set-up Sales call

Stage 3A) Phone Sales Call

- if amenable, close

Stage 3B) Close

Prospect is sent:
  • Paypal invoice
  • Instructions for Project start
  • Frequently Asked Questions

Stage 4) Post-Close / Project Start

Time is set up to discuss project with client
Timeline for project is finalized

..so on and so forth (we're out of the marketing stage)

I've currently have calls/emails out for a great email sales letter. Between that, and the improved CL ad copy, I should have most of the copy I will need to do my 2016 marketing (I'll need some phone copy soon as well, though).

Overarching thoughts:

- The idea is to funnel most of the "persuading" through email copy (I'm not the most persuasive guy on the phone)
- Also, reduce time spent on the phone with the client until after the sale is closed. I don't want to be on the phone all the time with prospects who are just window shopping
