Active Campaign Advice Please

Hi
I run a popular blogging challenge and I'm mid move to Active Campaign.

I have my automation set up (similar to an autoresponder) and yesterday it disappeared. Okay, after some time on chat, and no real help given, I managed to add the emails back into the automation sequence. On the same chat, the person told me everyone would still get the emails in the automation.

No they don't.

Today they tell me that it's not possible for people in the sequence to continue it once it has stopped. And no, I can't add a contact in manually.

They recommend copying the sequences from the point they left off and starting it again. I have currently 195 people at varying stages of the sequence. I can't create 60 different variations of the automation.

Is there a hack or something that anyone knows of that will enable me to add a person to a specific stage of the automation?

Thanks

Sarah

I don't believe that in ActiveCampaign you can add people to specific step in existing automation.

Perhaps what you could do in your automation is to add condition before each email is to send email only if person not opened it previously.

This will prevent sending those emails to people who already read them.

Thank you. I shall email out and then let everyone know that's what I'm going to do.

Sorry, I edited my previous post with suggestion that may be will help you out (after realizing my answer was not exactly what you asked for).
