Following the CAM-SPAM ACT
I have a cold email list that I know someone is using to sell their product and are doing it very successfully. So that question is I would like to use that list to send them to my squeeze page first and give them a free ebook or a giveaway to get their email addresses and then send them affiliate offers.
The list I am talking about are new businesses owners and are looking to make money and I know i can have them buy a lot of different affiliate products.
I just need to figure out a way how to do it without violating the CAM-Spam Act.
Can someone here guide me?
