email marketing for businesses

Hello warriors,

i'm looking for the best email marketing platform for a large business that working with a CRM (microsoft for now).

i would like all of the emails to be delivered from the platform, including emails that will be delivered after transactions that came from the crm, followups etc.

is what i need is programs like Mailchimp, Silverpop?

    Hi shimshi , I don't think there are any autoresponder out there that give you 100% delivery of email.
    The delivery protocol used on the internet is SMTP and SMTP is not a reliable protocol ( meaning there are no acknowledge signal back to the source for every delivery).

      Thanks dear for your valuable Quotes. According to your Quotes either any Auto res ponder Or SMTP system is not suitable for email marketing. Now we need to know which is the proper platform for email marketing ? At this point it is important to know for everyone. Please disclosed that secrete regarding email marketing !

    Guys you have to be joking.
    This is the major protocol for delivering messages and counting open rates is totally different thing.
