Inbox Delivery Problems?

Whenver I send a test email the email goes through to the inbox automatically, no problem. But then when that same email gets sent to my entire list, it lands in the spam folder. Is it just I'm unlucky with my AR choosing a bad IP for my emails to be sent from?

  • When you look at the headers, is it the same or different IPs?

    When the test is sent, is there anything different about the message you get VS when you do the mailing?

    • Yes, it is different IPs, nothing else is changed as far as content.

  • If you used your sent email template more image so that it is not going inbox provably more then spam sent your email
