Looking for a new ESP with survey capabilities & sub accounts

EMAIL MARKETING

Hi! I use BlueHornet through which I design and send millions of emails each year to a large client base. I also use KeySurvey to conduct a growing number of client surveys. The ESP doesn't do surveys (well) and the survey system sends emails, but not well. I am looking for a middle to top tier email service provider that can do both. AND, I want to train my various corporate divisions on all of this and to have their own sub accounts that I would manage... but not send out myself.

Suggestions? Am I asking too much?

  Yes. We regularly communicate industry specific information. They need what we send them. These are not unsolicited sales oriented emails.

I would contact GetResponse directly. (Great customer support, high volume, and good deliverability.) In addition to their advertised services they do things for high volume customers that are not advertised on their retail site, so I would check with them.
