Details on frequency and swipes for solo ads

So I'm trying to find solo ads providers on Clickonomy and Udimi, for a specific niche, skin care / acne products (not easy, they have broader niches).
If you could help me with some basic information, I'd appreciate it:
- How often does a solo ad seller email his list for me? (just once, twice, three times...etc); and for how long?
- Can they work with my swipes? I understand that some don't.
