A Good Email Subject Line?

Recently got an email with this subject line
in my email inbox:

Ditch the Diet Drinks and Synthetic Sweeteners

In my opinion it's weak.

Do you agree?

If not, why do you think it's an effective subject line?

I agree. A good email subject line should be something that arouses curiosity from your readers. It could be formed in a question form like: 5 Reasons Why You Should Stop Drinking Diet Coke Now, or Top 3 Facts That The Soda Industry Is Not Telling You...

Lol. I'm not really an expert in email subject lines but I think what I mentioned just now is better than the ones advertised by the health supplement email

I would agree, the subject line just feels a little bit too cheesy and I would not be inclined to open the email

I am new to all this but I would probably go with something along the lines of

Why Synthetic Sweeteners are bad for you?

maybe it is just me, but If I am asked the question, I am more curious to find out why they would be bad for me

In my opinion it's a bad subject line because it's too
predictable – the recipient knows what the email is
    about, so why open it?

    No curiosity factor.

Also, most people know that diet drinks and synthetic
    sweeteners are bad for us.

A better subject line might have been

I think it's weak too. People don't understand how powerful a subject line can be. A better one might be
