Convertkit opinions?

Hi guys,

I am interested in what your opinions are on convertkit, for someone new and just building their list? From what i read it's very good but sending an email with a bunch of text, isn't something i would spend the time reading at all, as it's what i get from others. Aweber which is supposed to be very good for this, though is now getting to many negative reviews.

    Convertkit allows images but not videos. You can get around the video by inserting an image of the video, then creating a hyperlink so that when the viewer clicks on the image the video will play.

    Convertkit was originally designed for bloggers but has moved more into email marketing. You can tag, segment, set up autoresponders, create landing pages and much more.
