Arpreach Inboxing question

Hi,

I just setup arpreach on my vps.. I added couple of contacts and sent email to them.. those were my emails.. And unfortunately all goes to spam box..

I turn off DKIM and turn on SPF but same email still goes to SPAM box.. Anyone can help much appreciate coz im new with arpreach.. Thanks

    There may be one of the following reason behind this spam delivery.
    1. ips reputation
    2. authentications like spf and dkim are not valid
    3. sending domain reputation
    4. sending content contains spam words

    these are the major points that could be the reason.

    I've never used arpreach but if you're having trouble hitting the inbox - it could be arpreach or your email content that's flagging spam appliances.

    Most email sending providers have a 'spam-checker' of some sort that will inform you if your content will potential hit a spam appliance.

      As the owner of arpReach, it has to be said Katie that suggesting poor inboxing might be caused by the software is totally incorrect.

      The simple fact is that if you learn how to use arpReach it can help improve your email delivery. Combine arpReach with best practices and you're on to a winner.

      Inboxing and delivery issues are nearly always caused in the the first instance by poor server set-up or non existent core DNS records. Such as rDNS, no SPF record etc etc

      If those are 100% correct then the next problem to resolve is list quality and after that would be the content you are sending.

    It can be due to your VPS - the IP address is in the blacklist?
