Newbie Needs HELP with Targeted List

Hey guys, I have collected a list of around 1,500
people targeted in the mental health niche.

What is the best way to maximize the profit
from this list? I could segment into age, sex, etc
but looking for a quick cash-out or a long-term
content strategy and use these emails as the base

Current ideas:

1.) Offer mental health related pdf for $3.99-9.99?
2.) Get to opt-in for a psychology type blog and offer info-product
in this niche from affiliates?

If so, does anybody know if Eben Pagan has an affiliate
product opportunities available?

3.) Sell the list?
If so, where and rates? 1$ per lead seems steep but this is a very targeted
niche group that's already spent $ towards mental health products.

    couple of questions..

    1. How did you acquire those targetted leads?
    2. Do they know you?
    3. Are they mentally sound enough to buy stuff and digest? (ok maybe this one isn't so funny)

    If I were you and they do know you I'd have them optin with a free gift offer with an autoresponder set to deliver good content for the first 7 days then start sending out soft promo emails to them like the pdf you mentioned so that you build value first then selling.

    Like Eben Pagan mentioned on his videos.. those who do the counter-intuitive things tend to make the most money. Don't think about selling the list try to think long terms and build a relationship with your list.
